There's a book by Debbie Diller, Practice With Purpose: Literacy Work
Stations for grades 3-6.

I previewed it when it was online at Stenhouse, and there was a ton of
great ideas in there! Don't forget, though, that you want work in
stations to include as much authentic reading and writing as possible.
In the most successful classrooms, most of students' time is spent
doing these two things. This is especially important today, as today's
children spend so little time reading and writing at home.
