like Ginny--I am tired this year. Many years ago, when I was feeling 
like this, my mother had me make a "gratitude list."
I am thankful my children are coming home for the holiday and that we 
will all be together.
I am thankful for the wonderful teachers and colleagues I work with 
every day and the many others that send me email!
I am thankful for no hurricanes this year--and the chill in the air so 
we can start a fire--even in central Florida.
I am thankful for good books and the authors that give of themselves to 
write them.
I am thankful for a quiet place and a cup of coffee and all of the 
things I take for granted.
You know, the more I type the better I feel--
