[LIT] Mosaic

The Mosaic list was hosted on another server for quite a while and recently
had some serious "quality of service" (QOS) issues. Their list had been down
since mid-August. 

Through a bit of synchronicity I was contacted by the Mosaic moderator
Ginger and just a few days ago we worked out a way to host their list on my
server. They are using The Literacy Workshop "umbrella" for the time being
so their list is totally different than ours - mosaic at literacyworkshop.org. 

I did notice a few familiar emails when entering Mosaic data so there are
several people on both LIT and MOSAIC lists. For more info on their list
