[LIT] Template for I am Poem - upper grade 5th

Hi!

Currently, our 7th grade visual arts teacher is asking them to work on
project where they have to choose various objects to incorporate into
self-portraits as symbols of who they are and what they care about (for
example, using ballet shoe ribbons as strands of hair). This is combined
with a paragraph they write about themselves, but might be a nice
cross-disciplinary connection with the "I am..." poems as well.
