[LIT] quote sandwiches

For those of you interested in Mary Lou's quote sandwich...

I'm working with her to get the document(s) posted to our website. I'll pass
on the link once we get this done.

As an aside, many thanks to those of you that emailed Mary Lou privately
about getting a copy. I was worried that this thread would excite a "me too"
frenzy. 

Hopefully we'll have the "Quote Sandwich" doc posted by end of week.
