Bill asked us to think about foci for the coming year. I teach 5th grade and I am looking to learn how others weave independent reading into their daily schedule. Right now I have 20 minutes 3/week - but it doesn't seem like enough (especially after reading Atwell's The Reading Zone). Any ideas? -Meg
