[LIT] vacation reading

Happy Holidays--hope you're all getting the respite and peaceful time we deserve.  We just finished opening gifts--among mine was _On the Wings of Heroes_ by Richard Peck.  I'm going to start it forthwith--has anyone read it?  Peck is among my top five YA authors, has been for years.
