Long Live Her Majesty, Queen Bova!  I love stories like yours.  You know, many pundits say that the best teachers should go to the most needy schools, esp. high poverty.  Obviously, your school's success proves that if the other teachers are like you!

Of course, some credit needs to go to the kids, too--did they read quite a bit?  Show some individual motivation and determination?
