Hello All:

My name is Tosha. I am new to the group. I am thoroughly enjoying the wonderful conversations in this group.  I am learning so much and I am getting such wonderful ideas for the upcoming school year.  I am curious to know how you all manage your workshops.  That seems to be the area the I need more ideas in. I am interested in your ideas for keeping all kids on task and working. What are your secrets for keeping the children accountable for their work and for building community, particularly for those reluctant children, or your ELL students? What incentives are built into your system to encourage all students to do their best? Thanks so much. I look forward to all of your ideas.
