I'd like to know what models other schools use for remediation?

We break our kids down into three categories (for reading and math):
enrichment / target / remediation. For the reading remediation group
they get smal group instruction either as part of the 60 minute
Literature Group time and/or during after-school.  All teachers at my
school are required to stay one day for after school and we have a
group of excellent volunteers who come in too.
