How about an individual (or group) porject where they research gangs and
gang affiliation and the effects of gang affiliation on families, friends,
society, etc. Maybe they can create a public service announcement
(commercial) about not joining a gang.

The can research fashion and idols of the 50's...madras shirts, hair gel,
elvis, swing dance, Paul Newman... Maybe have a fashion show from the 50's
and choriograph the show to music from the 50's and describe the clothes
using slang from the 50's.

Make a collage of things that are "tuff" vs. "tough"

Read other works by Robert Frost
