[LIT] initial assessments

something else i thought of...most of my students do not read in the summer  
(insert big sigh) so i know their initial assessments will be lower than  
expected because they do not read all summer.  we are working on fluency  weekly, 
so i am curious to see how much they go up in jan.  :)
