[LIT] Thank you-ind. reading

i have a standing homework assignment that i have on my website and told  the 
parents at open house.  each child is to read 30 minutes a night.   i am sure 
most do not, so the only reading they are getting is in my  classroom.  it is 
obvious they are non-readers so no one gives me a hard  time if i spend some 
class time having them read their assigned novel.  we  work very hard in my 
classroom and some days they just need to practice what i  teach.  :)
