[LIT] Reading Response Resources

I've just posted two documents that were requested by a number of members.
The documents are no available on our shared resources page at
http://www.literacyworkshop.org/2005.htm. You will see these at the top of
the list.

The documents were provided by Lise and were mentioned in a thread about
"Reading Question Response" about a week ago. Lise shared both a list of
topics for responses and a four point rubric for scoring the responses.
