I am looking for someone to e-mail off list where messages are not archived and available to the public.  

I want to discuss philosophical issues dealing with education, every day issues of classroom management, and whatever I'm dealing with that week.

I teach 8th grade at a middle school in the northwest.  This is my ninth year in my school.
