[LIT] Portfolios-entry slips-graphic organizers

[TLP]

For those of you who use portfolios to house student work; do you use
portfolio entry slips? Our current ones feel somewhat redundant and
not as conducive to the reflection process. I actually have been
revamping some of our assignments to include a reflection process
piece rather than having to utilize an ", entry slip." Someone
mentioned a portfolio entry slip that was actually a graphic organizer
and that sounded interesting to me....
