I would think that a picture book would not count. The book itself is
printed even if there aren't any words.

Subject: [LIT] question about national boards
Hello! I am working on National Boards Entry 1 for Early Adolescent/English
Language Arts. I have to include student responses to a "printed literary
text" and a "nonprint medium such as a film, a work of art, a recording, or
a staged production."
My question: Would a wordless picture book qualify as the "nonprint medium"?
Thanks!
Kim
